Extra Size Customisation or Part

These Plank End Caps can be attached to an Aluminium Plank with either a screw for the [Lockable] model, or pop rivet for the [Melbourne made] model. Suits industry standard planks: 225mm W x 50mm H.

For when you may need a custom size painter’s plank, you can cut it yourself (Melbourne Made also offers custom sizes cut at the warehouse) and add an End Cap to create 2 planks out of 1.

The Plank End Caps can be used on painter’s planks as access equipment on A-frame trestle ladders to to be an elevated work platform, as ramps or hungry boards, or as a component of a scaffolding setup. Other uses include saw horse (saw stool), plastering stool, steps for stairs, side steps to a 4WD vehicle or boat trailer.

The lightweight Aluminium Planks for sale are to Australian Standard with a load rating of between 205-250kg while having a max weight of 23kg for the longest plank. These planks have a range of sizes including 2.4m, 3m, 3.6m, 4m, 5m, and 6m planks.

Suitable for builders, construction workers, painters, home renovators, gardening, home maintenance, DIY, cleaners, and more.
